Can I wash the mugs in the dishwasher?

To keep the personalisation intact even over time, hand washing is always recommended. However, our ceramic mugs can be washed in the dishwasher, with the exception of the Magic Mug, which is made with a different printing technique.

The steel mugs, the travel mug, and the temperature-controlled Ember mug must be washed by hand to keep the personalisation intact. To find out the features of each mug, we suggest you check the specifications on the product page of your favourite mug.

Can I microwave my personalised mug?

Ceramic mugs are generally microwave-safe, with the exception of magic mugs, which may be damaged by intense heat. It’s always best to check the specific instructions for each type of mug. For other types, such as steel or engraved mugs, we recommend avoiding the microwave to preserve their quality and ensure durability over time.

Can I customise the mug with a logo?
