How will I receive my discount code?
Once you've subscribed to our newsletter, we'll send you an email containing your discount code. You will receive this email only if you haven't signed up for our newsletter before and after confirming that your email address is correct.
How can I use my discount code?
You can enter your discount code in the discount code bar in step 3 when completing your order. Your discount will be automatically deducted for you once you've entered the discount code.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, you can use only one discount code per order.
Can I use my discount code more than once or share it with someone?
No, your discount code is unique and can be used only once. If you know someone who would like to benefit from the discount too, advise them to sign up for our newsletter. They will then receive their own discount code.
Does YourSurprise offer any other discount codes?
Affiliates my offer discount codes from time to time, though there will always be a minimum order amount in those cases. If you sign up for our newsletter through our website, you will be able to benefit from the 20% discount code regardless of your order amount. This discount is also almost always higher than the discount you would receive through affiliates. We often offer exclusive newsletter-subscriber discounts in our newsletters, too! These discounts can also be used only once and can't be found on discount code websites.
Which gifts can I use my discount code on?
Your discount code can be used to purchase any of the gifts in our assortment at a discount.
Is there a minimum order amount for my discount code?
No, there is no minimum order amount to reach in order to be able to use the discount code you receive after signing up for our newsletter. There may be a minimum order amount required for discount codes you may find online. The conditions will be stated per discount code.
When is YourSurprise having a sale and which discounts will be given?
YourSurprise doesn't have set periods in which we have a sale as brick and mortar shops often do. We do offer special discounts to our newsletter-subscribers at various times throughout the year though, and also have our Lovely Wednesdays, on which we offer site-wide discounts on our gifts. These are sometimes exclusive to newsletter-subscribers and are always announced in our newsletters beforehand.
When does my discount code expire?
The discount code you receive after signing up for our newsletter is valid for 14 days from the day you receive it.
