Die letzte Bestellung kam leider fehlerhaft an (2 individualisierte Produkte, bei denen die Platzierung des Textes fehlerhaft war), es wurde aber umgehend und unkompliziert eine neue, korrigierte Lieferung veranlasst. Kann passieren, aber natürlich wünscht man sich als Kunde diesen zusätzlichen Aufwand nicht, reklamieren zu müssen.
