The items were so lovely. Super quality. And the packaging was of high quality. We made the boxes up and they fitted back inside the sturdy box. Would definitely order from this company again.

I had a issue with a rose that came as part of item however all of the leaves were broken off .. the packaging looked good but maybe this happened when putting it in the plastic casing. However I contacted the customer service team who very kindly replaced it ... very good customer experience .
