When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!

Ich habe spontan und das erste mal bei ihnen bestellt. Ich habe mich sehr über das Produkt gefreut. Es ist auch früher angekommen als gesagt wurde. Die Qualität sieht sehr gut aus, kann ich aber im Moment noch nicht beurteilen, da ich das Tuch noch nie gewaschen habe.
