My experience of ordering through 'Your Surprise' was very easy and quick. The gift was first glass, delivery quick and loved the packaging. All very professional. Maybe a gift box for the bottle would be an an idea for you to consider in future, as I've had trouble finding something nice to put it in.

Einfach super wie reaktiv ihr seid. Leider hat die Post mein Paket an einer anderen Adresse abgegeben, so dass ich mich an den Kundenservice wenden musste.
Ich habe ohne Probleme schnell und kompromisslos Ersatz erhalten, und so war meien Frau schlussendlich glücklich über die verspätete kleine Überraschung.
