Very pleased overall - even though the first order was not centred correctly, I had also made a mistake with the file. The customer service was excellent and the issue resolved swiftly.

The packaging 📦. More creative outlook perhaps. But overall, i appreciate the experience I've had. It was my 1st time but i havent received any issue for alarm. Keep up the good work. I'll surely consider your other products next time I'm to order. Thank you

Marie

Hi, i am very happy with your offer, delivery and quality of the product I ordered. The price was great too. I can't say much about product range as I specifically looked for a customised mug. I loved the option of adding a photo and also adding a message on the other side of the mug - that's was exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit last minute, so I was very happy with the express delivery option. Thank you!
