Very pleased overall - even though the first order was not centred correctly, I had also made a mistake with the file. The customer service was excellent and the issue resolved swiftly.

The packaging 📦. More creative outlook perhaps. But overall, i appreciate the experience I've had. It was my 1st time but i havent received any issue for alarm. Keep up the good work. I'll surely consider your other products next time I'm to order. Thank you

Vielen Dank euch!

I honestly can't tick any ways to improve. Ordering process and designing my gift so much easier and straightforward than a lot of sites i looked at. Payment and delivery spot on. No problems at all 👍
