customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. I had tried emailing to say how pleased I was with the 12 piece jigsaw. It's for my sister with learning disabilities who has been vey ill and ended up in a wheelchair. She is now out and about again and has a basketball season ticket. This jigsaw will delight her. Quick delivery and good quality

Printed little boxes. Milka chocs inside. Perfect! BUT it could be made a little clearer that there is a choice of box design. I thought you could only have the first few on display. Didn't see anything (words) to tell me to scroll to choose a box design.
