I am in New Zealand and ordered a robe for my son who lives in Zurich. it was delivered within the time requested, actually the day before his birthday. he modeled it for me over face time. I was a bit worried about the size of the name on the back but it was perfect! Very tasteful. Plenty big enough. He loves it. Maybe you could have offered the option of a gift card or tag. Or maybe you did and I missed it!! I will be using your company again for sure, so easy.
