The chocolates are presented in a box, without individual wrapping, but on the website you also have another product option of individually wrapped chocolates,

You can only have one photo printed on all the chocolates in the set, not different ones on each.

Can I use multiple photos for the chocolate hearts?

You can only use one photo per set for these chocolate hearts. If you want to use multiple photos, you can create multiple sets, each with a different photo.

Can every chocolate in a box be printed with a different photo?

Unfortunately, all chocolates in a pack are printed with the same photo.

What is the difference between solid and filled heart chocolates?

Solid chocolates consist entirely of milk chocolate without filling, whereas the filled version contains a special filling.

What is the quality of the chocolate hearts?

The milk chocolate contains at least 34% cocoa solids and the white chocolate at least 29%, flavoured with natural vanilla aroma.

How long does the chocolate stay fresh?

The chocolate generally stays good for a long time if you keep it cool and dry, but we recommend eating it within a few months for the best taste.

Do the chocolates contain alcohol?

No, the filling does not contain alcohol. They are made of milk and white chocolate with an edible print, but contain soy and milk and may contain traces of nuts and gluten. The full allergen list is available in the gift specifications.

Where is the photo printed on the chocolates?

Your photo is printed directly onto the chocolates themselves in the edible layer of white chocolate.

Are the printed chocolates edible?

Yes, the chocolates are safe to eat and the print consists entirely of edible ingredients.

Can I order the chocolate gift safely during hot weather?

Usually the chocolate arrives fine in normal summer temperatures, but in hot weather around or above 25 °C we cannot fully guarantee it stays perfect. You can choose a cooling option in your shopping cart at checkout to keep it safer from the heat.
